Articles – Good topics for articles include anything related to your company – recent changes to operations, the latest company softball game – or the industry you’re in. General business trends (think national and even international) are great article fodder, too.
Mission statements – You can tell a lot about a company by its mission statement. Don’t have one? Now might be a good time to create one and post it here. A good mission statement tells you what drives a company to do what it does.
Company policies – Are there company policies that are particularly important to your business? Perhaps your unlimited paternity/maternity leave policy has endeared you to employees across the company. This is a good place to talk about that.
Executive profiles – A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. This is a good place to show off who’s occupying the corner offices. Write a nice bio about each executive that includes what they do, how long they’ve been at it, and what got them to where they are.
Aprilrose and her siblings were raised in a strict single parent household of the Bay Area in California. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics and Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in June 2018. Aprilrose vowed to set an example for her daughter, her family, her friends and all like minded women to further their education without the barriers of excuses. She will earn her Masters of Business Administration through MIT and her certification from the prestigious MIT Sloan Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership in 2020. Her early development had a strong influence of the military as to which were among her closest family members. Later she would discover that discipline to be the backbone to what has molded her and prepped her to be the CEO and founder of her own companies.
Her professional career path in Executive Management roles have always been behind the scenes and provided support to more than 63 million square feet, three Pre-IPO companies, four IPO companies and a minimum of 4,000,000 employees managed throughout Corporate America.
Her education, her experiences, her positive leadership skills and the "Can Do Attitude" is what drives her to break barriers, raise the glass ceiling and give back to our communities that built us.
